Amonique is a confidently quiet 11 year old girl from Sedgefield. She has Aplastic aneamia – I had never even heard of it so I googled it. It’s a condition where bone marrow doesn’t produce enough new cells to replace blood cells. Amonique’s dream was so shopping and then have a fashion shoot. Kerry Vercuil, a volunteer from Reach For A Dream, took her shopping and then we met at the Protea Hotel for lunch with Amonique’s dad, before starting the shoot.
